WAREHOUSEMAN SUSPENDED AFTER ARREST FOR AGGRAVATED SEXUAL ASSAULT ON A CHILD.

           Warehouseman Luis Otero has been suspended by the Commission and a Notice of Hearing issued after his arrest on charges including Aggravated Sexual Assault and two counts of Sexual Assault of a Victim less than 13 years old. The Commission temporarily suspended Otero's warehouseman registration pending the outcome of an administrative hearing in the matter. The Essex County Prosecutor's Office is prosecuting the criminal matter.
