Warehouseman Suspended After Stabbing Two

Warehouseman Ramon Martinez has been suspended by the Commission and a Notice of Hearing has been issued after his arrest for two counts of Attempted Murder and Possession a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose. Martinez was so charged after attacking two individuals with a knife, causing serious bodily injury to both victims. The matter is being prosecuted by the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.
The Commission temporarily suspended Martinez’s registration as a warehouseman pending the outcome of an Administrative Hearing on the matter.
