Longshoreman Suspended by Commission Action After his Arrest for Conspiracy to Distribute an Imitation Controlled Dangerous Substance

Longshoreman Kenny M. Picinich has been suspended by the Waterfront Commission after his arrest for Conspiracy to Distribute
an Imitation Controlled Dangerous Substance. Picinich was arrested after he was found in possession of fifty-three imitation oxycodone pills in Leonia, New Jersey. The case is being
prosecuted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office.
The Commission today issued a Notice of Hearing against Picinich and he is temporarily suspended pending the outcome of
his administrative hearing on those charges.
