Colombo Capo Pleads Guilty in Federal Court

Colombo Capo Richard C. Ferrara, 60, of Brooklyn, NY pleaded guilty to Racketeering on December 19, 2022 before Federal District Court Judge Hector Gonzalez in the Eastern District of New York. Ferrara was one of 14 defendants arrested on September 14, 2021 on a 19 count indictment that charged 10 members and associates of the Colombo Family (including its entire Administration) and a Bonanno Soldier.

As part of his plea, Ferrara agreed to forfeit three illegal handguns that were seized from his home on the fay of his arrest, Ferrara's sentencing has been scheduled for May 1, 2023.
