WAREHOUSEMAN SUSPENDED AFTER ARREST FOR KNIFE POINT ROBBERY

Maycoll Victorino-Meran, 32, of Elizabeth, New Jersey, who has been a longshoreman since 2018, had his registration as a warehouseman suspended by the Commission, pending an Administrative Hearing, based on his arrest for a September 4, 2019 knife-point robbery in Elizabeth, New Jersey. Victorino-Meran was charged in an Elizabeth Municipal Court Complaint with Robbery in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:15-1A(2), a first degree offense. The criminal matter is next scheduled for October 24, 2019. The Union County Prosecutor’s Office is handling the criminal matter.
