Pier Superintendent Suspended After His Arrest for Drugging a Woman and Possession of Ecstasy

PNCT Pier Superintendent Steven Colucci, Jr. has been suspended by Commission action following his arrest on June 20, 2013. Colucci has been charged with the felony of Assault in the Second Degree for knowingly placing a drug, substance or preparation in the drink of a woman that was capable of producing a stupor, unconsciousness or other physical impairment according to the complaint. Colucci was also charged with possessing the Controlled Substance MDMA, commonly known as Ecstasy.
Colucci has been temporarily suspended pending an administrative hearing on these charges. The Kings County District Attorney’s Office is prosecuting the criminal case.
