We are pleased to present the Annual Reports of the Waterfront Commission of New York Harbor. Contained therein are representative activities of the Commission, together with pertinent observations concerning its administration and enforcement of the Waterfront Commission Compact. The Commission is continuing to perform its designated responsibilities under the Compact, with particular concern for combating organized criminal activity and the improvement of the overall economy and well-being of the bi-state Port.
